[KOZAROCKS 2026] A complete guide to the highlights of the X-BORDER session! Key points as told by the Community Manager.

#ValveHub

From participant to X-BORDER organizer: What I saw behind the scenes of the frenzy.

Hi everyone! I'm Susie, also known as Takara Saka, the X-BORDER Community Manager.

Up until now, I've fully enjoyed "#KOZAROCKS" as a participant. This time, for the first time, I'm involved behind the scenes of this excitement as a member of the organizing team.

When I was watching from the outside, I was simply amazed, thinking, "How on earth did they manage to create an event of this scale without involving a major agency!?" But after stepping inside, I think I understand why.

I can personally feel that the unique energy of the event is born from the genuine desire of each and every member of the organizing team and everyone involved to "have everyone who comes enjoy themselves to the fullest" and "to take away something truly inspiring ," and from directly translating those feelings into tangible results.

I myself have received so much from past KOZAROCKS events. It's an event that gives you a boost in life, making you think, "This might be where I belong," or "I want to try new things."

Only 4 days left until the event! Our team is currently working together to prepare so that as many people as possible can take something away from the event, and most importantly, so that everyone can enjoy themselves to the fullest in true Koza style!

This time, I'd like to introduce four noteworthy sessions that I'm particularly involved in as a community manager. Please come and check out the X-BORDER stage!

--Four must-see sessions presented by X-BORDER

① KOZAROCKS strategy

I myself will be speaking at the event (I'm very nervous right now!). This session is a must-see for both first-time attendees and returning participants. We will thoroughly explain from various angles why KOZAROCKS was created, what kind of thoughts and feelings are behind it, and what this year's highlights are. We will also share real-world examples of how participants and speakers have used this platform to create new challenges and co-creations!

🎁【A Secret Only】There will also be a gift exclusively for attendees…!? To help you enjoy the deep nightlife of Koza to the fullest, we have prepared a special "secret item to help you survive the hot night of KOZAROCKS and Koza" exclusively for those who come to this session! The contents will remain a complete secret until the day of the event. Having this will undoubtedly make your night at KOZAROCKS even more enjoyable. Be sure to pick it up at the venue!

② The raison d'être (reason for existence) of companies required to create the next 100 years.

Why are Okano Valve and Molten investing in "irrational ventures"?

This session is a must-attend for anyone involved in the management and business of long-established companies or regional businesses! In today's world, where efficiency and profit maximization are demanded, what is the true role of a company? Molten and Okano Valve Manufacturing, two companies that have been rooted in their local communities while challenging the world, will take the stage. Why do these two companies, which have perfected their craft in manufacturing, dare to go beyond the scope of their core business and invest in the seemingly inefficient "non-profit" field? We will delve into the complex and passionate strategies of these two companies that pursue not only short-term "financial value" but also long-term "meaningful value."

③ Three-Star MOAI vol.3

~There are as many dreams as there are dreams, cheers!~

We're thrilled to announce a special collaboration event with Orion Beer! And guess what? There will be free Orion Beer! This is a unique Koza-style session where you can relax with a beer in hand while participating in a workshop (even though I organized it, I'd love to join in myself!). Redefining Okinawa's traditional mutual aid culture, "Moai," this time we're gathering not money, but "dreams and ideas" for the future. The theme this time is "Local and Branding." With special short talks interspersed throughout, we'll create a warm yet passionate atmosphere of mutual support and co-creation. We're also planning a workshop on street dance culture, and I can't wait!

④ The Sun That Never Sets

~Challengers who are "creating, connecting, and protecting" the future of infrastructure and energy~

Details: Click here for the session page

Since joining Okano Valve Manufacturing, I have become seriously involved in energy and infrastructure issues. That's why I can confidently say that this session is not just for people in the infrastructure and energy industry, but for all business people. Challengers who are directly tackling Japan's energy and infrastructure challenges that have been put off for so long will gather. Helical Fusion, which is creating the fusion energy of the future. Liberaware, which is protecting harsh work sites with drones. And Okano Valve Manufacturing, a long-established company that is collaborating with these two cutting-edge startups to drive change within a conservative industry. How have they faced these often-ignored challenges and earned trust? We will deliver the "determination" and real stories of each speaker!

I am really looking forward to meeting you all in Koza. Let's create the best time together!
