Chinatsu Ito

After graduating from university, I worked for a major resort company. Later, wanting to provide closer customer service to guests, I moved to LINNAS. I was involved in the preparation for the opening of LINNAS Kanazawa, where half of the guests are international visitors, and I worked on everything from designing the experience to convey the concept and implementing measures to improve guest satisfaction. Currently, as a manager, I am in charge of on-site operations for "S-TOKYO," community building, and planning and implementing measures to acquire new members. I am also in charge of planning and managing the overall SNS strategy for Linnas Design, and I am the editor-in-chief of "Studio STAY," a web media specializing in hotel recruitment.

Honma Seiya

After graduating from university, I worked at a major advertising production company, where I was involved in the planning, production, and operation of large-scale projects both domestically and internationally. For the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, I was in charge of architectural production for the private pavilions. Subsequently, driven by a desire to realize "places where people gather and connect" on a more accessible scale, I joined Linnas Design.
Currently, while serving as manager of S-TOKYO, he is in charge of new hotel development and business planning. His goal is to cultivate hotels not just as "places to stay," but as communities where people, regions, and cultures naturally connect, and where new encounters and a sense of unity are born.
I love meeting people from all over the world while traveling. I want to spread the idea of places that inspire people to say, "I want to go back to that city because there's someone I want to see again," from Japan to the rest of the world.

After joining a major bank as a new graduate, I gained experience in corporate sales and business efficiency improvements. Wanting to do more tangible work that would make people happy, and also wanting to learn about management at a smaller company, I changed jobs and joined Linnas Design.

Currently, at S-TOKYO, I am in charge of planning and managing events for community building, as well as being involved in business planning.

I want to create opportunities for people who visit Japan from all over the world to get to know and love this country more deeply. And I want to use the know-how I gain there to one day create hotels all over the world that will serve as a catalyst for people to get to know their respective places more deeply.

Miwa Saito

Having gained experience as a barista in Australia and New Zealand, she realized the appeal of "creating spaces where people connect through coffee." After returning to Japan, she joined Linnas Design with the desire to utilize that experience.

Currently, she is primarily responsible for store operations at "Pertica Coffee," a cafe located within S-TOKYO. She values creating a comfortable space and providing hospitality that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of nationality or culture.

We aim to be a place that can provide opportunities for connections to be formed between people and within the community, through a cup of coffee and casual conversation.
