A floor where you can concentrate on your work. The 3rd floor is a free-address co-working floor. Working in your favorite spot is sure to make you more productive than usual. The 4th floor is a shared meeting room floor. Please use it for highly confidential meetings, private consultations, or exciting secret meetings. Members can use it 24 hours a day.
We offer a multi-use plan (Nomad Plan) for digital nomads and those who frequently travel between regional areas and Tokyo, as well as a monthly subscription plan for those based at S-TOKYO.
Staff hours: 9:00-17:00 (Monday-Saturday)
First-time users must register during staff hours.
Please register at Pertica Coffee on the 1st floor. (No prior reservation required)

The possibilities for conversation that begin with a cup of coffee are immeasurable. This cafe serves as a gateway for interaction with local people, while also being a haven for community members. Pertica means "perch" in Latin.
We regularly host bar events themed around the local community, as well as daily bar events featuring different bartenders each day.

A new beginning starts in the old downtown area: Nihonbashi Kodemmacho
Nihonbashi Kodemmacho is an area that retains a strong sense of the old Edo downtown atmosphere.
There are many small parks, shrines and temples, and independent shops scattered throughout the area, giving it a unique local feel.
I would say it's a city with a comfortable atmosphere.
The name Kodemmacho originates from the fact that this area was a post town for horses during the Edo period.
Since the Meiji era, the role of a post town has diminished due to the development of transportation networks.
Although its numbers have decreased, it was a bustling wholesale district during the Showa era.

Walk
Take the "Edo Bus North Loop" or "East 42-1" from the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station.
Get off at Kodemmacho Station, then it's about a 2-minute walk (10-15 minutes).

1 minute walk from Kodemmacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line
If you are taking the JR Sobu Line from Tokyo Station, get off at JR Bakurocho Station | 15 minutes
Train
From Haneda Airport, take the Airport Line (via the Asakusa Line) to Ningyocho Station and transfer to the Hibiya Line | 45 minutes
