Linnas Design Co., Ltd., which operates S-TOKYO, obtained the international certification "B Corporation™" (B Corp) in November 2025, recognizing it as a highly public-spirited company that takes social and environmental considerations into account.

In achieving this certification, we scored 85.1 points on the B Impact Assessment™, exceeding the minimum score of 80 points required for B Corp certification.

Since 2023, we have been collaborating with employment support providers to accept people with disabilities into our workforce. We carefully listen to each individual's characteristics and needs to create a workplace where every crew member can thrive in their own way. Through our collaboration with employment support providers, we provide support from improving the work environment to job retention and career growth.

We value a culture that values professional behavior and attitudes without borders. Regardless of gender or nationality, we evaluate not only numbers and results, but also a person's individuality and how they interact with colleagues. In an environment where performance is rewarded, career growth is realized, including the promotion of female crew members to management positions.

Community

- The "Town Dig" system fosters crew members who can integrate with the local community.

We have introduced a "Town Digging" system that encourages our staff to discover the charm of the local area during their daily lunch breaks and other breaks, and to connect with people who run businesses in the area. Under this system, the company partially subsidizes the expenses incurred when our staff visit local restaurants. The staff's own experiences and discoveries are then used to provide guests with a service that conveys the unique character of Kanazawa or Nihonbashi, Tokyo.

Based on our belief that a hotel is "a guesthouse, a social gathering place, and a meeting hall," we plan and manage hotels and communities in locations that are full of both charm and challenges.
