We are committed to serving Japanese black tea that retains as much of its original, almost theatrical, character as possible.

Sometimes it starts with, "Shall we go for some tea?" They also engage in improvisational musical performances that involve Japanese black tea, musical instruments, and conversation, aiming to create resonance and alliances through the rhythms that arise from their self-made instruments or instruments available at the time.
