On October 4th, we held a collaborative event with a cafe/bar in Kanazawa at Pertica Coffee.

The guests who joined us this time were Pessoa Coffee Roasters and the duo Tonda Chaban .

Each guest was provided with either drip coffee made with guest beans or Japanese black tea.

We received many wonderful comments from customers who visited our store, such as, "This is the first time I've ever tried Japanese black tea!" and "I don't usually drink much coffee, but I really enjoyed this!" These comments made us at Pertica Coffee very happy.

This time, we were especially fortunate to have two guests with strong ties to Kanazawa, which created a space where you could relax and enjoy tea or coffee accompanied by music such as acoustic performances, as if time were slowing down in Kanazawa.

What a farce

I cultivate tea plants on Noto Island in Ishikawa Prefecture.

We are committed to serving fragrant Japanese black tea, with as much of the tea leaf shape as possible remaining.

Sometimes it starts with, "Shall we go grab some tea?" They also engage in improvisational musical performances that use Japanese black tea, musical instruments, and conversation, aiming to create resonance and alliances through the rhythms that arise from their self-made instruments or instruments available at the time.
