On Friday, December 5, 2025, we held an event to commemorate the renewal of the community office "X-BORDER KOZA".

X-BORDER KOZA is based in Ichiban-gai, an arcade street in the Koza district, the central business district of Okinawa City, where a unique culture thrives. Based there, X-BORDER KOZA has been operating under the concept of "crossing boundaries and co-creation." It has become a place of exchange where diverse challengers gather, transcending all barriers of region, industry, and generation, and creating new synergies, weaving many stories along the way.

And now, as a challenge to the next stage, we have carried out a major renewal along with a change in the management team. This update includes further enhancements to the support system for creators and entrepreneurs who use the facility, as well as the installation of a cafe space where people can connect more easily, improving both the hardware and software aspects.

The overarching theme for this renewal event was "Creating a positive trend together from Okinawa." Rather than simply being a seminar where attendees listened passively, the event featured lively talk sessions, passionate short presentations, and even the collaborative creation of an object (Achievement Wall) that fostered a sense of unity throughout the venue. The event transcended the boundaries between guests and participants, creating an interactive space where all attendees became "players" in shaping the future of Koza, collaboratively building the moment together.

On the day of the event, we were delighted to have approximately 60 people attend, far exceeding our planned capacity, and the venue was filled with enthusiasm and smiles. Many participants listened attentively, nodding in agreement, to the guests' candid and unscripted talks. During the subsequent networking session, new ideas and seeds of collaboration were born everywhere, and everyone deepened their connections, making it a fantastic start to the new chapter of X-BORDER KOZA, celebrated enthusiastically by all of us.

Going forward, X-BORDER KOZA aims to create a highly energetic, hands-on community that everyone will want to visit first when they come to Koza. This will be achieved through regularly hosting various events that stimulate the community and creating opportunities for diverse players to interact.

With this new structure, X-BORDER KOZA's efforts will become even more powerful and accelerated, so please look forward to their future endeavors.
