Chichi Ito
After graduating from university, I worked at a major resort company before joining LINNAS to be closer to guests. I was involved in the launch of LINNAS Kanazawa, where half of the guests are international travelers, focusing on experience design and guest satisfaction strategies.
Currently, I manage S-TOKYO, a coworking space in Nihonbashi that attracts digital nomads from around the world. My role includes operations, community building, and membership growth initiatives.
I also oversee social media strategy for Linnas Design and serve as the editor-in-chief of Studio STAY, a job media platform specializing in the hotel industry.

Seiya Homma
After university, I managed major domestic and international projects at a leading advertising production company. At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, I took on the role of architectural producer for a private pavilion. I later joined Linnas Design because I wanted to bring people together and build connections on a closer, more personal scale. Now, while managing S-TOKYO, I also work on new hotel development and business planning. I believe a hotel shouldn't just be a place to sleep; it should be a community where people,localculture,and neighborhoods naturally connect, sparking new encounters and a true sense of togetherness. I love traveling and meeting people worldwide. I want to share spaces with the world, starting from Japan, that give people a beautiful reason to travel: "I'm going back to that city because of the people I can't wait to see again."
Miyabi Endo
I started my career at a bank, working in corporate sales and operational efficiency. However, I realized I wanted a more hands-on role where I could directly make people happy, while also learning how to run a business in a smaller team—which led me to Linnas Design. Now at S-TOKYO, I plan and run events to build a vibrant community, and I also get to work on business planning. I want to give travelers from around the world a chance to dive deeper into Japan and truly fall in love with the country. Down the road, I want to take everything I learn here and use it to build hotels all over the world that help people deeply connect with the local heart of each place.
Miwa Saito
Having built my career as a barista in Australia and New Zealand, I experienced firsthand the appeal of creating spaces where coffee connects people. Seeking to leverage this background, I joined Linnas Design after returning to Japan.
I am currently in charge of store operations, focusing on Pertica Coffee within S-TOKYO. I prioritize hospitality and space-making that ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, transcending countries and cultures.
My goal is to foster connections among individuals and the local community through a simple cup of coffee and daily conversations.

Linnas Design is a team based in Kanazawa, Hokuriku area in Japan, with a mission
“We design the And Place” operating hotels, coworking spaces and other types of assets.
“The And Place” is a coined word that means similar to “the 3rd place”,
but it could be anywhere that makes you feel comfortable with its community.
At S-TOKYO, we call our crews "community curators."
We try to provide tips for creativity and innovation by curating wonderful local things and
connecting community members from all over the world with the attractions of their respective areas.
