Linnas Design Co., Ltd., which operates S-TOKYO, obtained the international certification "B Corporation™" (B Corp) in November 2025, which recognizes companies that are socially and environmentally conscious and highly public-interest.

To achieve this certification, the company achieved a score of 85.1 on the B Impact Assessment™, exceeding the 80-point threshold required for B Corp certification.

We carefully listen to the characteristics and needs of each individual to create a workplace where all crew members can thrive in their own way. By working with employment support providers, we support everything from creating a work environment to helping employees settle into the workplace and grow their careers.

・"Machi Dig" system to develop crews that blend in with the local community

We have introduced a "Machi Dig" system, which allows crew members to discover the charms of the local area during their daily lunch or breaks and connect with the people who run the area. Under this system, the company partially covers the costs of crew members' visits to local restaurants. The crew members' own experiences and discoveries are then passed on to guests as a service that conveys the essence of Kanazawa or Tokyo.
