As of October 1, 2024, S-TOKYO will revise its service offerings as follows:
Change 1
The membership plan name will be changed from the "Local Company" plan to the "Local Venture" plan. Local Venture plan
Simultaneous usage limit: Up to 3 people
Registered members: 2 to 4 people
Pricing: ¥22,000 per person. Additional members (from the second person onward): ¥5,500 per person
Free services include:
1 hour/day of individual booth usage
2 hours/week of a 4-person meeting room
Participation in community events
Access to the members-only Slack channel
You can register up to 4 people. For example, if 3 employees from the same company are registered, the total monthly fee would be ¥22,000 + (¥5,500 x 2 people) = ¥33,000.
This plan remains highly recommended for venture companies or individual teams with headquarters or addresses outside of the Tokyo metropolitan area (excluding Tokyo and the three surrounding prefectures).
Change 2
We have added a Corporate Plan to the membership plans.
Corporate Plan
¥66,000 per company
Simultaneous usage limit: Up to 3 people
Registered members: Unlimited (limited to employees of the same corporation)
Free services include:
1 hour/day of individual booth usage
2 hours/week of a 4-person meeting room
Participation in community events
Access to the members-only Slack channel
This new plan is perfect for companies looking to establish a minimal Tokyo office or create a satellite office within the company.
With the addition of the above plan, the "Team Plan" will be discontinued.
